Work Outline: Manage national and international conference to reach clients’ highest expectation under provided budget and company’s policies
Duties & Responsibility:
Responsible for international/local conference management in both private and governmental sectors
Control and manage each conference to be in accordance with the regulations in the contract agreed with clients
Control and manage both work processes and staff in the department
Develop and improve working system to be up-to-date
Verify reports and expenses of the department, analyze and control overall operation, evaluate result to be in accordance with the budget and business plan
Create connections with both local and international customers
Provide considerations, decisions, suggestions, and approval signature in the documents as authorized by the company
Plan strategies and set direction of conference business
Conduct and analyze budget of the department
Communicate and attend the meeting to give advice, review, suggest standards or points of concern
Qualifications:
[Must]
-Bachelor’s degree in any related field
-Age above 40 years old
-At least 10 years of experience in conference organizing and/or project management
-Able to work under pressure
-Able to work overtime and on site
-High management, leadership and communication skills
-Good command of English, both written and verbal
-Good computer literacy

Working Hour:8:30-18:00 (Mon-Fri) *Flexible: can manage own schedules to serve international clients
