Production Supervisor (Shift Work) @Chonburi (35K-43K) (SDG-26552)
<Job Responsibilities>
Responsible for lid production
Ensure production meets or exceeds the target output and operate within the company’s efficiency and quality standard
Monitor quality of incoming raw materials and finished products by reviewing lab data
Develop and recommends improvements of facilities, equipment, or procedures to improve safety, quality, and efficiency
Supervise employee in production to ensure safety, quality, GMP and productivity
Oversee and or conducts training of new or existing employees
Work closely with Engineers in learning the process and equipment troubleshooting, establish standard operating procedures and train all production operators
Work closely with other counterparts in understanding critical operational duties and tasks required, such as fulfilling production shipments with good quality products to customers on time, manpower planning and management, basic process understanding and troubleshooting, participating in Lean/Kaizen projects, etc.
Control and minimize wastage of raw materials, indirect materials, packaging materials and products
Closely monitor the usage of manpower and daily direct labor productivity in the section
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 28-35 years old
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Mechatronics Engineer.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in production related to Plastic technology manufacturing experience.
Experience in handling the machinery like Injection Molding Machine, Metal Stamping is a plus.
Proactive approach to product quality control and improvement
A team leader with excellent planning, organizational and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of lean principals raw materials , production processes , quality control , costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture
Experience and understanding of TPM, Kaizen, 5S or productivity and quality improvement program
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Ability to work on shift rotation
Able to communicate in English (Advanced Conversation - middle)
