<Position Objective/Expectation >
・Understand overall production process, operation step and flow, and its safety risk.
・Monitor and manage daily production and process conditions.
・Review process monitoring and data input, and request for correction if mistake is found.
・Review, make correction and/or create production plan and other production related documents.
・Report via oral or written format to manager when abnormality or potential trouble occurs.
・Participate in assigned project, and perform assigned task/job, diligently.
<Job Responsibilities>
・Check daily process monitoring and data input in QMS program to make sure there is no error or input mistake. If such error or mistake is found, request to chief/operator to make a correction, and then re-check again to make sure that the error and mistake is actually resolved.
・Check daily production result, PVC incoming information, PVC remaining amount in Silos in production plan to make sure that there is no error or input mistake. If such error or mistake is found, make a correction or request to PD officer to make a correction, and then re-check again to make sure that the error and mistake is actually resolved, and no other error or mistake occurs.
・Create and/or revise monthly production plan after receiving purchase or forecast amount customer via monthly production meeting or via any other means of communication such as e-mail, phone call, etc.
・Review, create and/or revise work related documents such as Technical Specification (TS), Work Instruction (WI), Form (FM), Master Recipe, Data Set, PSM documents, etc., to make them the most up-to-date version via communicating and collaborating with PD officer, chief/operator, then inform manager about the newly created or revised version.
・Input, review and/or approve the daily production result data on A/X program to make sure there is no error or mistake. If such error or mistake is found, request to PD officer to make a correction, and then re-check again to make sure that the error or mistake is actually resolved, and no other error or mistake occurs.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Vocational or Bachelor’s degree in Petro-chemical Engineering or related field.
・At least 7 years experience in production from Petro-chemical plant or in any other filed from any chemical related industrial plant.
・At least 5 years in managerment.
・Able to read PID (Proportional Integral Derivative) drawing.
・Basic experience in DCS (Distributed Control System) program.
・Advance conversation middle in English.
・Good computer skills.
・Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight schedules.
・Good planning, negotiation, communication skill and service mind.
・Good attitude and response for team work also safety awareness.
・Good leadership and personality that can keep Chiefs & Operator under command.
・Able to commute to company by own car
