Work Outline: Manage and plan for production line (Man, Machine, Raw Material, and Budget) to get the high qualities product
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage production resources (Man, Machine, Raw Material, and Budget)
Keep company target start from New Model such as prepare man power both of direct and indirect
Balance trainee between Plant 1 and Plant 2
Review machine loading and decide transfer load to vendor
Prepare equipment for production and quality Checker and Automated Optical Inspection (AOI)
Control quality following quality process
Improvement 3C (Change, Challenge and Continue) (Policy)
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, male only, age 40-48 years old
Bachelor degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electronics)
At least 10 years in Electronic manufacturing
Management skills
Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO14001, TIS/OHSAS 18001, TPM and KAIZEN
Knowledge of SMT, AXIAL, RADIAL, AOI, Manual Insert, PWB Control Assembly and ESD
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversation
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: Airport Link / Lat Krabang
Working Hour: 7:50-17:10 (2 break-time (10mins) per day, 9:50-10:00 & 15:00-15:10)
