<Position Objective/Expectation >
Be able to work as Production operator

<Job Responsibilities>
1. Production line
・Weigh and prepare raw materials for upstream and downstream processes.
2. Lift the raw materials into the process by yourself. Including bags that weigh more than 25 kg
・Collect and analyze samples for every process.
・Packing the product into the packaging and sorting the product.
・Regular cleaning of machinery and pipes
・Inspect the tank (operation in confined spaces and working at heights).
・Assembly and disassembly of the machine
・Responsible for 5S activities in the factory on a regular basis.
・Follow the checklist to inspect machinery and pipelines.
・Walk to inspect the daily process

2. Take and keep records of production regularly.
・Record the operation information at the job site.
・Record the machine parameters on site.
・Prepare and write notes about the product.

3. Report production problems directly to supervisors.
・Check for abnormalities in the production line.

4. Daily improvements.
・Once familiarized with the production line (after several months of training), implement daily improvement measures.
・Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Higher vocational or bachelor's degree in engineering or relate field.
・Have experience in the Biotechnology industry, pharmaceutical industry, Petrochemical Industry or Food industry Dairy products and refining
・At least 3 years production role from any manufacturing.
・Advance conversation middle level in English
・Able to commute by own


<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experience working in a production line in shifts.
・Driver's license stamper
・Forklift driving license
・Crane Control License
・Work permit in confined space
・Work permit in high area
