Production Manager (Plastic Industry) (45K–55K) (SDG-114973)

<Job responsibilities>
- Create a plan, control, and standardize production.
- Control production line to run smoothly.
- Responsible for Kaizen, Productivity, Maintenance system, budget control, and Cost down project.
- Coordinate production workflow for every product.
- Solve the problem that happens in the production line.
- Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and on-time delivery
- Determine manpower, equipment, and raw materials needed to cover production demand.
- Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations.
- Monitor work performance to ensure they will finish on time
- Other tasks as assigned.


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male , age 35 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
- A least 5 years of work experience as a Production Control in plastic manufacturing
- At least 3 years in management level
- Have Experience in managing operations staff in the production line
- Have working Experience in Kaizen, Productivity, Maintenance system, budget control, and Cost down projects.
- Conversational Middle-High level in English (for communicating with Japanese report line)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Have working Experience in injection, and printing in the plastic industry (will be an advantage)
- Experience in plastic parts for furniture
- Can start working immediately

Workplace Area: Bang Phli, Samut Prakan
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday-Friday-Saturday: Every other Saturday (08.30-17.30))
