Work Outline: Manage and ensure overall production line is effective and productive
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ensure that products are product cost – effectively, on-time and of excellent quality.
Plan, coordinate and control manufacturing process according to standard.
Supervising and motivating production manager and supervisors and operators.
Reviewing performance and identifying training needs for direct report.
To ensure safety and enforce the policies of the company.
Compliance with ISO requirement.
Other tasks following management’s assignment or company policy
Foam Products, Packaging products
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male only, age 35-40 years
Bachelor degree or above in Industrial Engineer or Mechanical Engineer
8-10 years in production field, at least 3 years in managerial level
Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO14001.
Management skills, communication skills
Preferable Skill / Experience
Working experience in Japanese Manufacturing Company
Languages skills

Workplace Area: Rayong Industrial area
Working Hour: 8:15 – 17:15 (Mon – Fri *Sat : 2 times per month)
