Work Outline: Control manpower, Line balancing and standard time of running & setting up, Also, take care subordinates on general aspects beyond their jobs
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manages production resources to meet production targets and delivery deadlines with maximizing the level of efficiency and quality
Control for the performances of all expenses, wastage and WIP (work-in-process)
Plan and schedules the required production quantities and material flow through the operations
Review WI (work Instruction) and resolve all operational problems
Implement actions to improve performances related to productivity, quality and profitability
Monitor and maintain on the system of 5S activities, ISO9001, ISO140001 and basic safety process
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male/Female , Age 35-45 years old
Bachelor’s degree
At least 5 years of experience in Printing Manufacturing or any related field
Good command of English in Business Level
Strong computer skills, including MS Word and Excel are required.
Strong analytical and time management skills.
Have knowledge in 5S activities, ISO9001, ISO14001, ROHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) and basic safety process
Have Own Car/ Driving’s License
Preferable Skill / Experience
Experience in packaging & printing industry
Languages skills
English: Business level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: Bangpoo / Samut-prakarn
Working Hour: 8.30 – 17.30 (Monday – Friday) *work on Saturday 2 times/month
