Work Outline: Control all function of management and production in machine department
Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for planning and organizing all production activities
Assessing project and resources requirements
Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers
Determining quality control standards and overseeing production processes
Supervise staff in good discipline & cooperation to the targets / policies
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Male only, Age 43-49 years old
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering
Good knowledge of Engineering Management
Strong management skills, problem-solving. Decision making, high leadership, proactive and good analytical skills
Good command of both spoken and written English and computer skills
At least 7 – 10 years’ experience in Production Environment and 5 years in Management Level
Preferable Skill / Experience
Experience in Japanese Company will be advantage
Good knowledge of CNC- EDM operation and maintenance will be advantage

Workplace Area: Navanakorn Industrial Estate, Pathumthani
Working Hour: 8.00 am – 5.00 pm (Mon – Fri, alternate Saturdays)
About the Benefit
Salary: 50,000 THB ++ *Depends on working experience
