Duties & Responsibilities:

Man-Management of Supervisors, Team Leaders & Operatives

Implement with lean management and six-sigma
Create and review daily and weekly production plans for each manufacturing department with timely.
Liaise with quality, technical, purchasing, HR team to achieve KPIs and secure both financial and client success.
Complete all documentation and administration.
Train and develop new and existing staff.
Make and Implement system up to date with timely management.
Process improvement and lean manufacturing tools with effective usage such as SPC, FMEAs, 8D, 5S
Reduce waste and cost by continuous improvement activity to improve operational efficiencies.
Implementation of the plant sickness and absence policies, including return to work interviews.
Desired skills & experiences:
[Must]
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, major subject related to industrial operations, manufacturing management, or mechanical engineering.
Leadership experience in manufacturing production related to heavy industrial more than 10 years.
Strong people management skills including performance management adherence to company procedure and policy including disciplinary, grievance and attendance issues.
Experience in steel cutting and processing particular in non-automated mechanical fabrication, welding and assembly operations.
Experience of building and developing successful team, strong ethical approach to team work.
Experience and knowledge of safety standard and compliance.
Experience and knowledge of implement process techniques, root cause analysis, and also quality standard.
Experience of working in fast paced and changing development.
Effectively communicate through report including investigation, statistical and
analytical assessment.
Computer Literate
Able to well communicate with all level by team briefing and presentation English Business to Advance business level

English: Business to Advance business level
About the Benefit
Salary: 120,000THB – 150,000THB
