Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for planning and organizing all production activities
Assessing project and resources requirements
Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers
Determining quality control standards and overseeing production processes
Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials & organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
Supervising the work of junior staff
Other tasks as assigned by MD
Qualification:
Desired skills & experiences:
Minimum Requirements
Thai nationality, Male/Female , Age 30 - 40
Bachelor's degree in Food Science or any related field
At least 5 - 7 years of experience in Production Management
Experience in Food Manufacturing Industry
Willing to work in Navanakorn Factory
Preferred Qualifications
Proactive, dynamic, well organized, people person
Work experience in Japan or Japanese Companies
Japanese speaker
Languages skills:
English: Business level
Workplace Area:Navanakorn Industrial Estate/Pathum Thani
Working Hour:9.00 – 18.00 (Monday – Friday)

Salary: 55,000 – 65,000 THB
