Work Outline: Be responsible for Production Control in general
Duties & Responsibility:
Responsible for Production Capacity, GSP Capacity and New Model Capacity Confirmation.
Monitoring and controlling the abnormal delivery activity.
Responsible for Claim Matter (Domestic and Export).
Preparing the summary of 8D Report.
Responsible for tracking and controlling Milk Run and follow up the delivery situation and updating the abnormal report to Logistic Team.
Responsible for PDS (KD, IPO), PSS (OEM), ANPQP (OEM) and SNP setting and updating summary.
Responsible for Packaging of New Model and Impact (Bolt) System.
Responsible for Cost Reduction Activity (Logistic Challenge and Packing improvement).
Responsible for Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Introduction and Improvement of 6 Basic Abilities for Production.
Coordinating with suppliers to ensure smooth and on time operation.
Preparing accurate and reliable reports and other related documents.
Cooperating with other departments for solving the problem about internal process, customer and
supplier.
Responsible for duties assigned by Manager.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality
Male, Female aged 23 - 27 years old
1-2 years’ experience in Production Control of automatic parts
Have a good command of English
[Preferable Skill / Experience]
Good command in Japanese
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational
Japanese: Conversational Level (Preferable)
Workplace Area: Serm-Mit Tower / BTS Asok
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri)
