Production Control Assistant Manager (Japanese Speaking) @Chonburi (50K-73.5K) (SDG-29158)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Strong human management skill in order to complete production process on timeline
 Planning and organizing monthly production schedule by following company’s strategy and client’s request
 Control all production process (plastic injection processing and assembly line), and the schedule of each production
 Prepare and monitoring the production control plan
 Check machine conditions and control production power
 Analysis the trouble and problem of production and set PDCA to prevent that problems
 Manage and train subordinates in production team, monitor everyone's performance and give proper advises for improvement
 Help interpreting between Japanese production manager and other Thai staff
 Translate documents when it's necessary

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, 37-45 years old
 Bachelor degree in engineering field or any other related field
 Have 5 year's working experience in production management or production control or assembly management in Japanese automotive parts manufacturing company
 At least 1 year working experience as Assistant Manager or Supervisor Level
 Have strong human management skill in production line
 Advanced conversation level of Japanese
(Equivalent level with N2, be able to communicate with Japanese smoothly)
 Good understanding of Japanese working culture
 Be able to commute to work by themselves

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Experiences in machine assembly line (not manual assembly line) Or Plastic injection line
 Have N2




Languages skills
English: Basic level
Japanese: Conversational level


Workplace Area: Amatanakhorn (Phase 9), Chonburi
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Mon-Fri)
