<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage overall production (Fabrication (Machine Structure) & Assembly)
- Responsible for the effective and successful handle of labor, productivity, quality control and safety measures as established and set for the production Department.
- Responsible for planning, monitoring, appraising, reviewing job contributions and Training
- Coordinate with related section such as Sales for installation process

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male 40 - 45 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering Mechanical or related
- At least 5-8 years' experience as Production control (Automation Machine or other related machinery field)
- People management experience
- Good English or Japanese skill (communicate with report line)
- long term in each company is required
- Tough person and comfort to work in production line
- Computer literacy in Microsoft office
- Can work in Ayutthaya province

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Direct experience in Automation Machine (Make to order) business

Languages skills
English: Conversational Level
Japanese: Conversational Level


Workplace Area: U-Thai, Ayuthaya
Working Hour: 8:30-17:15(Mon-Fri / Sat: Twice a month (Depends on company calendar))

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- บริหารจัดการการผลิตโดยรวม (Fabrication (Machine Structure) & Assembly)
- รับผิดชอบในการจัดการแรงงาน ผลผลิต การควบคุมคุณภาพ และมาตรการด้านความปลอดภัยให้มีประสิทธิภาพและประสบความสำเร็จ ตามที่กำหนดและกำหนดไว้สำหรับฝ่ายผลิต
- รับผิดชอบการวางแผน ติดตาม ประเมิน ทบทวนผลงานและการฝึกอบรม
- ประสานงานกับส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น Sales สำหรับขั้นตอนการติดตั้ง

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย 40 - 45 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5-8 ปี ด้านการควบคุมการผลิต (Automation Machine หรือสาขาเครื่องจักรอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง)
- ประสบการณ์การบริหารคน
- ทักษะภาษาอังกฤษหรือภาษาญี่ปุ่นดี (สื่อสารกับสายรายงาน)
- ต้องระยะยาวในแต่ละบริษัท
- คนแกร่งและความสะดวกสบายในการทำงานในสายการผลิต
- ความรู้คอมพิวเตอร์ใน Microsoft office
- สามารถทำงานในจังหวัดอยุธยา

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- มีประสบการณ์ตรงในธุรกิจเครื่องจักรอัตโนมัติ (Make to order)
