Work Outline: Maximizes sales representative effectiveness of the product sales by determine and solving their training need and pre-sales activities need. Serves internal and external customers by identifying their needs; engineering adaptations of products, equipment and services of the product. Main product will be Visual Solution products
Duties & Responsibilities:
Supports internal and external customers for technical pre-sales and after-sales issues not only of hardware but also of total system including software, network and installation
Gains internal and external customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating operations improvements
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, participating in professional societies
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Prepares new sales representatives by conducting orientation especially on the product related
Determines training needs by traveling with sales representatives; observing sales encounters, studying sales results reports, conferring with sales managers
Qualifications:

Thai nationality, Male or Female , Age 30-40 years old
Bachelor’s degree
English advanced conversational level
Experience in sales engineer
Experience in B2B sales training or IT supports
Preferable Skill / Experience
Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science or marketing
Experience in project manager
Experience in technical support of configuration including hardware, software, network or installation
Experience in planning and developing sales training
Experience in visual solution industry, such as display, monitor and projector, etc.
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversational level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: MRT Si Lom
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:15 (Mon – Fri)

Salary: 60,000 – 80,000 THB negotiable
