Work Outline: Working in a cross-functional team to support strategy, planning and mobile apps operation
Duties & Responsibility:
Define product strategy and roadmap
Create detailed requirements and flows, control requests and timelines across different teams
Support the planning and operation of in-app activities, focusing on user loyalty
Work closely with design, development, marketing, sales and BD teams to conceptualize and successfully implement projects
Monitor results of deliverables to ensure KPIs are met
Continuously improve processes and features
Manage supporting team members, their tasks and deliverables
Report on operation and usage data to relevant teams to help refine Product as required
Qualifications:
[Must]
Minimum of 5 years related experience for digital Product/Service Management and/or Product/Service Development (within digital agencies, e-commerce, websites or mobile apps, for example)
Bachelor degree in Business Management, Engineering, or fields related to digital products/services/media. MBA is a plus
Excellent project management, communication & leadership skills to supervise those involved with each stage in the development process
Ability to focus on specific goals while also multi-task.
Must think out-of-the box, be strategic and able to execute in high-level of detail
Energetic, creative and resilient with a passion to work in an ever changing industry with highly dynamic people
Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously under intense deadlines (“getting things done” kind of person)
Fluent in both Thai & English and excellent verbal and written communication skills

Workplace Area: Bangkok
Working Hour: Monday – Friday (8 hours and 1 hour lunch) Flexible hours (Can start from 7:00 – 10:00AM)
About the Benefit
Salary: 50,000THB – 80,000THB
