Product Management and Implementation - Cash and Trade Product(SAVP-Team Lead) (120K–150K) (SDG-111302)

<Job responsibilities>
• Product Management: To develop and introduce new transaction banking products and to plan for their marketing strategy
• Business Analysis: Develop business requirements and conduct thorough needs assessments and gap analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and product / service enhancement.
• Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in existing business processes and propose innovative solution to improve internal as well as cross-functional operations.
• Front-End Channels Development / Enhancement: Collaborate with relevant parties (in Bangkok Branch, Regional Office and Head Office) for any front-end channels development / enhancement required
• Project Management: Collaborate with project teams to define project scope, objective, and deliverables. Manage project timelines (from business perspective), resources and risks to ensure successful project completion.
• Project Execution: Participate in the implementation of new / enhanced systems and applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements. Develop test cases and conduct user acceptance test (UAT) and provide necessary training to end-users.
• Customer Implementation Planning: Develop a targeted approach / migration strategy to promote, migrate and implement Payment File Converter Tools. Collaborate with GTBD members to define the customer implementation plan which can be tracked and monitored appropriately.
• Relationship Management: Build strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders, including within Bangkok Branch (Business Promotions, Operations, IT teams, and vendors), as well as regional and head office. Effectively communicate complex information of both technical and non-technical context.

• การวิเคราะห์ธุรกิจ: พัฒนาความต้องการทางธุรกิจและดำเนินการประเมินความต้องการอย่างละเอียดและวิเคราะห์ช่องว่างเพื่อระบุโอกาสในการปรับปรุงกระบวนการและการปรับปรุงผลิตภัณฑ์/บริการ
• การปรับปรุงกระบวนการ: ระบุประสิทธิภาพที่ไม่มีประสิทธิภาพในกระบวนการทางธุรกิจที่มีอยู่และเสนอโซลูชั่นที่สร้างสรรค์เพื่อปรับปรุงการดำเนินการภายในและข้ามฟังก์ชั่น
• การพัฒนา/ปรับปรุงช่องทาง Front-end: ร่วมมือกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง (ในสาขากรุงเทพฯ สำนักงานภูมิภาค และสำนักงานใหญ่) สำหรับการพัฒนา/ปรับปรุงช่องทาง Front-end ที่จำเป็น
• การจัดการโครงการ: ร่วมมือกับทีมโครงการเพื่อกำหนดขอบเขต วัตถุประสงค์ และผลงานส่งมอบ จัดการกำหนดเวลาของโครงการ (จากมุมมองทางธุรกิจ) ทรัพยากร และความเสี่ยงเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าโครงการจะเสร็จสมบูรณ์โดยสมบูรณ์
• การดำเนินโครงการ: มีส่วนร่วมในการนำระบบและแอปพลิเคชันใหม่/ที่ปรับปรุงแล้วมาใช้ โดยให้แน่ใจว่าสอดคล้องกับข้อกำหนดทางธุรกิจ พัฒนาเคสทดสอบและดำเนินการทดสอบการยอมรับของผู้ใช้ (UAT) และให้การฝึกอบรมที่จำเป็นแก่ผู้ใช้ปลายทาง
• การวางแผนการดำเนินการของลูกค้า: พัฒนาแนวทาง/กลยุทธ์การย้ายข้อมูลแบบมีเป้าหมายเพื่อส่งเสริม ย้ายข้อมูล และนำเครื่องมือแปลงไฟล์การชำระเงินไปใช้งาน ร่วมมือกับสมาชิก GTBD เพื่อกำหนดแผนการดำเนินการของลูกค้า ซึ่งสามารถติดตามและตรวจสอบได้อย่างเหมาะสม
• การจัดการความสัมพันธ์: สร้างความสัมพันธ์อันดีกับผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียทั้งภายในและภายนอก รวมถึงภายในสาขากรุงเทพฯ (ฝ่ายส่งเสริมธุรกิจ ฝ่ายปฏิบัติการ ทีมไอที และผู้จำหน่าย) รวมถึงสำนักงานใหญ่และภูมิภาค สื่อสารข้อมูลที่ซับซ้อนทั้งในบริบททางเทคนิคและไม่ใช่ทางเทคนิคได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis and product analysis in the bank industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable solution
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Good command of the English language
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A good understanding of cash and trade products and services is advantageous.
