Work Outline: Sourcing, making price comparisons and negotiating with suppliers to support Business Development, Project Execution and Solutions Business teams. (Engine parts)
Duties & Responsibility:
Expediting, handling logistics work, consolidating shipments and coordinating with a freight forwarder until equipment and services are delivered to site.
Liaising with the Accounting team concerning POs and payments.
Preparing a procurement plan report for project execution and updating data.
Identifying and implementing cost savings opportunities with various stakeholders.
Performing PO closures including back charges and various claims.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Male or Female, aged between 26 – 30 years old
Bachelor’s degree in the field of Engineering as follows : Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering
2-5 years’ experience in Automotive parts purchasing or related fields
Good command in English
Program Basic knowledge of Lotus Note, MS Office and related software.
Good knowledge about commercial trucks.
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversation Level
Japanese: Conversational Level (Optional)
Workplace Area: MRT Cultural center, 5 minutes by walk, Bangkok
Working Hour: Monday – Friday (8:00AM – 17:00PM) / 5 Saturday per year
