Responsible for Procurement
(Detail)
Inquire about product/service information to suppliers/providers
Place orders of products/services to suppliers/providers
Follow up product and service delivery from suppliers
Product claim to suppliers
Paper work to support any irregular case to create purchase order
Paper work on agreement and software license purchased from suppliers
Coordinate with Sales Team and Engineering Team to confirm project completion before issue Billing Request to Accounting Team.
Request the accounting to issue invoices to customers
Desired skills & experiences:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Male/Female ,Age 21 - 29
Associate or Bachelor Degree (New Graduate is also welcome)
No experience is required
Knowledge about Network and IT is an advantage or Fast learner and opened mind to study new things
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word and other office computer applications
Good communication, reading, writing, speaking skill in English
Languages skills:
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Workplace Area: BTS Ploenchit / Bangkok
Working Hour:8:30 – 17:30 (Monday - Friday)
