Duties & Responsibility:

Source, negotiate and processing of materials purchase

Prepare purchase orders and liaise closely with suppliers & operations to ensure timely delivery.

Identify, select, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers/ contractors on contract terms and conditions.

To manage information to supplier and get their quotation

To manage the price cost and profit

To manage smooth operation of procurement transaction

To manager the risk of business and report to management.

To analyze a monthly report of sales, expenses and profit, also providing the improvement

Qualifications:

[Must]

Male or Female, age 28 - 40 years old

Bachelor’s degree or higher in any related fields

1-2 years’ experience in procurement in construction or electrical industry.

Well known Construction materials, Hardware and machinery items.

Good knowledge in purchasing & sourcing process 

Strong negotiation skills and problem solving skills

Good analytical, Self-initiate and high responsibility.

Mature and able to work multi task.   

[Prefer]

Japanese skills will be an advantage 

Languages skills:

English: Conversational Level 

Workplace Area: Phayathai, Bangkok

Working Hour: Mon – Fri 8:00 – 17:00 (Saturday 2 times per month)

Salary: 30,000-50,000 THB/ Month
