Duties & Responsibility:

Preparation and submit request for quotation documents to suppliers for BOP (Balance Of Plant) equipment and material in co-ordination with respective discipline manager

Assistance to Project Manager in preparation of contractual and commercial conditions for BOP equipment and material

Coordinate commercial and technical clarifications with suppliers

Collect quotations/technical documents from suppliers

Review of quotations received from suppliers and preparation of comparative statement

Negotiation with suppliers to obtain competitive price

Preparation of PO (purchase order) applications and payment applications

Place PO or contracts as required

Liaison with suppliers’ commercial / contractual staff and follow-up for delivery in coordinating project manager and site

Assurance of proper packing conditions and terms of delivery

Manage import and export clearance of any goods delivered to Thailand

Arrange all necessary inland transportation and shipping

Dealing with suppliers in regards with damage reports, insurance claims, equipment repair or re-manufacturing

Report monthly progress to the project manager

Prepare monthly invoice forecasting reports

Pre-qualify all new suppliers

Assisting in tender preparation with reference to procurement and logistics functions

Desired skills & experiences:

[Must]

Thai Nationality Only, Male or Female, 25 – 40 years old

Bachelor’s degree or Master degree in electrical engineering or related field

Knowledge of BOP (Balance of Plant) equipment related to High Voltage Substation projects

Adequate experience and knowledge of equipment procurement procedures and practice with good knowledge of contractual terms and conditions

Minimum 3 years of particular experience in technical and contractual aspects of procurement 

Good command in English

Preferable experience with High Voltage Substation projects in Thailand

Languages skills:

English: Advance Conversational Level

Workplace Area:Sathon (Bangkok) / Sathon     

Working Hour:Mon - Fri (8.00 – 17.00)
