Duties & Responsibilities:
For Procurement Assistant Manager
Assist Purchasing & Distribution Manager with high responsibility and loyalty for smooth and efficient purchasing activities.
Coordinate, supervise and evaluate all purchasing activities of subordinates
Perform any purchasing matters by interacting with inside party concerned.
Any other task as assigned by Purchasing Manager.
For Procurement Manager
Lead Purchasing & Distribution Manager with high responsibility and loyalty for smooth and efficient purchasing activities.
Manage and Coordinate, supervise and evaluate all purchasing activities of subordinates
Perform any purchasing matters by interacting with inside party concerned.
Any other task as assigned by Purchasing Senior Manager & GM.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male or Female, 30-40 years
Bachelor’s degree
Experience of procurement with engineering background at least 3 years
Knowledge and understanding of purchasing management, methods, practices, concepts, principles, and procedures
Ability to evaluate supplier bids in accordance with establishes criteria, such as specification, price, service and delivery
Ability to established and maintains effective working relationships with supplier and end user
Negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.
Have good leadership skills
Procedure knowledge of Import, Export, custom clearance, shipping, freight forwarding etc.
Good command of English and Japanese
Languages skills
English: Business Level (TOEIC 750)
Japanese: Business Level (At least N2)
Workplace Area: MRT Silom /BTS Saladaeng
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 Mon-Fri, Flextime system is applicable
About the Benefit
Salary: 45,000 – 70,000 THB Negotiable
