Responsibility:
* Find and develop potential equipment and consumable material suppliers’ resources, communicate with demand department and develop a purchasing strategy.
* Price negotiation with suppliers, analyzes and set target price, control purchasing cost, accomplish the purchasing reports.
* Drafting the contract and organize legal department, financial department and suppliers, to carry out the terms of the contract negotiations and initiate contract review, completed the contract signing work.
* Data analysis of Equipment and Consumable Material set up the database of category price and maintain the supplier database.
* Value Analysis (VA)/ Value Engineering (VE) & Cost reduction
Qualification:
[Must]
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering (Automotive, Mechanical, Industrial)
• New graduates are also welcome
• Purchasing Administration work (Sourcing Planning)
• Strong analytical skills, self-motivated, result oriented
• Good command of spoken and written English
[Prefer]
• Minimum 2 years experiences in automotive parts purchasing (Engine, Cab, Chassis, Planning) in Automotive company is preferred
• Hand-on with TOEIC will be plus
• Japanese language would be advantage
• Good personality
