Process Equipment Designer Engineer (I&C Engineer) (45K–55K) (SDG-110394)


<Job responsibilities>
1. Design and Documentation:
- Create and update P&IDs (Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams) and Process Flow Diagrams.
- Maintain lists for pipes, valves, instruments, equipment, and I/O points.
2. Equipment Specification:
- Select and specify valves (e.g., motor-operated, ball valves, safety relief valves).
Specify instruments and control valves for purchase.
- Define specifications for pumps, heat exchangers, silencers, and other engineered equipment.
3. Technical Support:
- Prepare equipment packages for manufacturers.
- Perform calculations for valves, Piping insulation, and other technical needs.
- Review and ensure compliance with customer specifications and codes.
4. Vendor and Subcontractor Management:
- Evaluate vendor bids and drawings.
- Communicate and resolve technical issues with vendors and subcontractors.
5. Project Coordination:
- Attend Project and design Review meetings.
- Develop operation manuals, train operators, and Support Project teams.
6. Continuous Improvement:
- Maintain Control philosophy, logic Diagrams, and Department standards.
- Support process improvement initiatives.



<Necessary Skill / Experience >

- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or chemical or Instrumentation & Control Engineering
- 3-5 years of experience in Heat Recovery Steam Generators or other related process experience.
- Basic understanding of electrical design.
- Conversational high in English to communicate with foreigner customers (USA).
