Work Outline: Responsible for all functions of managing chemical plant
Duties & Responsibilities:
Setting up policies and planning for Human Resource functions and Administration functions with Japanese MD
Ensuring production objectives are met within quality and cost standards.
Working to set staffing resources as well as volumes required to meet demand and to ensure maximum production quality and quantity.
Coordinating production schedules and helping to improve factory throughput while working with Supply Chain to shorten or meet customer delivery dates.
Controlling the quality, manufacturing, and cost of the facility.
Overseeing the maintenance and security of all plant buildings and equipment.
Reviewing and approving actions regarding pay, people, and costs in line with corporate policy.
Representing the organization in the community and promoting the goodwill and interests of the organization throughout the community.
Performing various individual assignments; establishing and maintaining effective work relationships within the department, the Corporation and the community
Help Japanese MD to set up a new factory including negotiating with Thai government
Other task assigned by Japanese MD
*After working at Bangkok for a while, will be required to move to Factory (Rayong area)
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, male/female, age 45-50 years old
Bachelor’s or Master degree in chemical or related field
Minimum 15 years working experience in chemical industry
Experience as a factory manager in Chemical plant
English communication skills at conversational level
Able to work in Rayong area (After 6 months to 1 year)
Preferable Skill / Experience
Japanese Language skills N3 or higher is preferable
Experience to coordinate with Thai government and Thai army
Experience in new set up company
Languages skills
English: Conversational level
Japanese: Conversational (N3 – N2)*Preferable
Workplace Area: Rayong (Map-ta-phut)
Working Hour: Mon-Fri (08:00– 17:00)
About the Benefit
Salary: 70,000THB – 120,000THB negotiable
