Work outline: Responsibility for payrolls including salary, overtime, personal income tax, provident fund, social security fund, staff’ loan etc. as well as support HR functions
Duties & Responsibilities:
Monthly processing of company payroll, maintaining payroll records, calculate data in the system
Sending bank payments, personal income tax, provident fund, social security fund
Providing monthly reports to Accounting & Financial Department
Updating and calculating personal income tax in the system (Tax ID, Tax Deduction etc.)
Preparing annual evaluation form for bonus and salary increment
Preparing salary survey and salary structure
Support HR functions to enhance smoothness and workflow of the department
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Male/Female, age 26-35 years old
Bachelor’s degree in psychology or any field
At least 3-5 years’ experience in payroll
Strong knowledge of Thai labor law and HR process
Have service mind, good personality and emotional control
Good command of English and computer literacy
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: -
Workplace Area: BTS Thonglor/ Prompong
Working Hour: 8:30 – 18:00 (Monday – Friday)
