Work Outline: To manage 2 sections: 1. Procurement Section (Parts) 2. Warehouse Section
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage Parts Procurement and Inventory Control
Manage for cost saving, budgeting, and targeting according to business goals
Strategize to find cost-effective deals and vendors
Manage the inventory control in each locations to be highest accuracy
Control the inventory consumption by FIFO basis
Manage Quarter/Mid /End year stock count and deficiency report
Arrange the Weekly/Monthly reports for management meeting
Analyze the financial report that related to inventory as devalue to be market price, depreciation or scrap
Manage and control local pickup truck and local express delivery
Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms
Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specification and expectations of the company
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Male only, Age 35-45 years old
Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics Management or other related fields.
Minimum of 7-10 years experiences in procurement, and inventory control or warehouse management.
Strong knowledge in warehouse
Knowledge in construction machine parts and experiences in automotive business
Good logical thinking, communication, presentation, interpersonal, collaboration as well as being creative, passionate, and energetic with positive attitude.
Good computer skill
Fluent in English both writing and speaking
Able to travel to visit branch offices in upcountry
Work well with internal team and external team
Preferable Skill / Experience
Experiences in Japanese company
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversational Level / able to communicate with Japanese General Manager smoothly

Working Hour: 08:00 – 17:00 (Mon - Fri)
