Duties & Responsibilities:
Coordinate the activities of Operations staff to ensure the effective allocation of work and utilization of resources
Provide regular coaching and developing to team members
Priorities customer focus within the team
Responsible for recognition and motivation within the team
Provide the best solution for both client and supplier
Encourage and develop team spirit including facilitating regular team meetings
Identify training and development needs and ensure these are addressed
Manage operational delivery to maximize performance and productivity
Coordinate and participate in recruiting and training
Share best practices to support continuous improvement
Analyze and identify proactive solutions in process, productivity and service delivery
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male/Female, Age 22-28 years
Bachelor’s degree in any related fields
At least 3 years of working experiences in any related field
Strong service mind and friendly
Possessed leadership skill and able to lead a team of 3 – 4 people
Good command of written and spoken Japanese
Good command of written and spoken English
Good personality and problem solving skill
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversation
Japanese: Advanced conversation (At least JPLT N2)
Workplace Area: BTS Ploenchit
Working Hour: Monday – Friday (09:00 – 17:30HRS.) and some weekends depends on company’s calendar

Salary: 35,000 – 45,000 THB
