Duties & Responsibility:

•Research and introduce process and improvement to enhance work efficiency
•Evaluate the effectiveness and performance of process improvement implementation
•Ensure implementation of efficient operational procedure.
•Ensure successful productivity and operational risk management.
•Design process to support new product / service to support the customer
•Facilitate business processes to determine initiatives that will yield greater productivity and efficiency.
•Assist the team with ad hoc analysis (system for analysis database) and projects
•Establish workflows and risk assessment to handling New Product / Business.
Qualifications:
[Must]
•Thai nationality, Male or Female, Age 27 – 35 years-old
•Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Management, Finance and Banking, or related fields
•At least 4 years of working experience in Banking
•Experienced in Process Improvement or / and Business Continuity Plan or / and Process Reengineering in Corporate Banking and / or Retail Banking Business.
•Strong understanding in Banking Systems, Operations, Rules and Regulations
•Excellent in time management, performance management, and leadership skills
•Self-motivated, Pro-active, Self-enthusiasm and Self improvement
•Good communication skill with all levels of employees and strong team player
•Strong negotiation and presentation skills
•Excellent command in English and Computer literacy

•Have extensive experience and strong background in Business Process and Risk Management within Banking Sectors (preferable)
•Experience with and understanding of process design is an advantage

Workplace Area: Silom, Bangkok (Near BTS Saladeang, MRT Silom)
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:00 (Mon - Fri)
