Work Outline: Responsible for the overall leadership and direction of the Operations
Duties & Responsibility:
Air / Sea Export
Execute client contact and align customer needs and services provided
Efficient and smooth handling of shipments – preparation of HBL, HAWB, MAWB, manifest, pickup cartage, billing, input costs, track & trace events, and pre-alert to overseas stations, coordinating with sub-contractors for transportation / custom clearance arrangement
Closing of consolidation and co-ordination with CFS
Create shipment/ job files in TMS system
Ensure that cost accrual is created accurately.
Air / Sea Import
Execute client contact and align customer needs and services provided
Efficient and smooth handling of shipments – preparation of delivery cartage, relevant import documents, coordinating with sub-contractors for transportation / custom clearance arrangement
Ensure that cost accrual is created accurately.
Administration
Gather documents and information, process and set-up files and ensure proper handover of files and documentation, in line with GFF and industry policies and procedures, in order to ensure proper administration of files and enable a clear overview of operational activities.
Ensure proper hand over of documents
Customer Business Implementation
Implement new customer contracts and coordinate the correct execution of accompanying CSOP’s, aligned with SLA, GFF and industry policies and procedures, in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
Align new customers CSOP’s within team and provide colleagues with support
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, male or female, age 30-45 years old
Bachelor’s Degree in any fields
5 - 8 years’ experience in Freight Forwarding
Strong communication and presentation skills with excellent English proficiency
Good command of Japanese (N2 or above)
Ability to influence, negotiate and resolve conflicts on internal and external board level
Good knowledge of sea / air freight business

Experience in Japanese Freight Forwarder
Proactive, aggressive, result oriented, competent leader and team player
Languages skills
English: Business Level
Japanese : N2 or above
Workplace Area: Bangkok
Working Hour: 7.00-16.00 (Monday – Friday)
