Work Outline: All HR functions and corporate with operation staff
Duties & Responsibility:
All HR functions: attendance/leave application/OT calculation/allowance/company trip/annual health check
Manage order on hand processions and give advice to team members for pop-up issues.
Liaisons between Company office operation team and subcontract and give them suggestions and support if needs.
Weekly compare inventory system. Handle clearing return goods from customers and product disposal.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai national, Male/Female, age 30-35 years
Bachelor degree in any related field
3 years’ experience in HR or Operation staff control
Have basic knowledge about stock and inventory
Good command of English
Languages skills
English: Business level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Prompong
Working Hour: 8:30 - 17:00 (Mon-Fri)
