Work outline: Responsible for interpretation and clerical work at the construction site (Power Plant Waste in Petchaburi)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Act as local interpreter & translator · Japanese ⇔ Thai, English ⇔ Thai
Ø Arrangement for car, car rental, driver, taxis, bus tickets, travel agency
Ø Accommodation arrangements; hotel reservations/negotiations and accommodation search
Ø Book management; filing, creating and managing lists with Excel and Word
Ø Purchase items; purchase support for on-site purchased items
Ø Arrange meetings for Customer/Partner; in-house meeting, meeting attendance, interpretation and proceedings made
Ø Communicate with postal service etc. includes but not limited to shipment billing, on-site office telephone correspondence, cell phone and wifi arrangement
Ø Material control support; check the status of imported items, on-site purchased items, supplied items and check storage and management work support
Ø Meal arrangements for field members lunch / dinner
Ø Accounting tasks; document related to the above expenses on site aggregation
Ø Other Request work of site members (No manual work)
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male/Female, age 23-35 years
Ø Bachelor’s Degree
Ø New graduate are welcome
Ø Good command of both spoken and written Japanese and English
Ø Adaptability and flexible, able to do various kind of tasks
Ø Willing to work outdoor at construction site (Waste area/garbage disposal site might not be so sanitary, smell pollution is fair)
Ø For less experienced: would work closely with Japanese people, willing to do various tasks as assigned
Preferable:
Ø Experienced in power plant, plant and civil engineering industry.
Ø Engineer who can work as a future site SV in the future
Languages skills
English: Advance Conversational level
Japanese: Business Level (N2)
Workplace Area: Petchaburi : Tha Laeng
Working Hour: 8:00 - 17:00 (Mon-Fri)
About the Benefit
Salary: 30,000 - 60,000 THB exclude allowances
