Work Outline: This diverse full time position is a dual role and combines office management (50%) and HR activities (50%). This person is the first point of contact for visitors to the office and he/she is also involved with staff welfare and administration-centered activities, HR strategy and planning
Duties & Responsibility:
Human Resources activities include:
Perform for all HR function (manpower planning, recruitment, orientation, training & development, compensation & benefits/welfare, etc.)
New staff inductions.
Monitoring general staff performance and registration of absence, leave.
Record associates database and attendance for reporting to management
Analyzing training needs and organizing training.
Preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting.
Handling of staff benefits (parking, others), organizing of staff events (outing / team building).
Update and maintain employee personal data files, employees leave report.
Office management activities include:
Secretarial duties, such as making expense reports for management team, coordination of deliveries in cooperation with the logistics officer, handling the front desk (reception) and answering phone calls.
Ensuring a well-organized and clean office environment.
Make sure that all office equipment is maintained.
Managing filing systems.
Manage office administrative activities of the overall company so that equipment, supplies and other resources are used effectively and economically.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Age over 25, Thai national with degree in HRM or related
Minimum 3+ years’ experience
Knowledgeable in Thai labor law and HR Management tools (KPI, BSC, Competency Development, Knowledge Management and etc.)
Result- oriented and proactive self- starter with positive attitude
Good interpersonal communication, analytical and problem solving skills.
Good computer literacy
Excellent command of spoken and written English

You’re self-motivated, proactive, and hard working with strong problem-solving , creative thinking and interpersonal skills
You are very organized with a strong attention to detail and able to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment
You are a team-player with the ability to work effectively and often independently with teams located across multiple cities and the globe
including sales management, executive teams, clients and other internal teams
Languages skills
English: Conversational level
Workplace Area: Bangkok. BTS Phrompong
Working Hour: 9:00– 18:00 (Monday to Friday)
About the Benefit
Salary: 30,000THB – 50,000THB
