Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Proposal-based sales for new office building, expanding, updating,
Ø Hearing client’s needs (Japanese/Thai) (Restaurant/office/condominium in Bangkok)
Ø Suggest interior work to their clients
Ø Discussion with designer to meet client’s needs
Ø Handling complaints from clients
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male/female, age 23-55years
Ø Bachelor's Degree
Ø Japanese speaking skills (At least N2)
Ø Qualification regarding interior design or architecture
Ø Interest in terms of Interior and architecture
Ø Understanding and attitude for Japanese mind
Ø Work experience as interior designer or architect
Preferable:
Ø English speaking skills
Languages skills
English: None
Japanese: Business level (At least N2)
Workplace Area: BTS Thongro or Ekkamai, MRT Petchburi
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Monday-Friday)
