・Why you chose to join RGF?

Previously, I worked in a Sales role and I found that  I enjoy working and communicating with people. Also, being able to achieve my targets and goals is also a challenge for myself. At the same time, I would like to gain some skills and experience in the recruitment industry. I trust RGF to be able to provide me with such an opportunity due to the  reputation of the company. RGF is part of Recruit Group, which is one of the largest recruitment and information services companies globally. I was also very impressed about our company vision - to provide more opportunities for both clients and candidates. That is why I choose this company because I believe RGF can enable me to fulfill my goal.

・What is your job responsibility and mission?

My current responsibility is to provide opportunities for both clients and candidates. I mainly focus on finding the appropriate potential candidate to clients. This is done through sourcing, and interviewing candidates to analyze their skills, experience, personalities. And finally follow up closely to end in success and ensure satisfaction from both clients and candidates.

・Do you have an experience to share on how  you feel rewarded working at RGF?

After working here for 3 years, I feel the most rewarded when I can achieve my goal, and sales achievement, And more importantly, I am so happy when I am able to help my candidates who are unemployed or  seeking out new opportunities to find their ideal job.  Every day is also a learning opportunity for me as I learn a lot from my candidates as I interview them for the various positions.

・What is the attractive point to work in RGF? And please share your personal goal in RGF. 

After joining RGF, I feel thankful for the  good working environment and culture where everyone supports one another. Our company not only shares knowledge and best practices, we also a lot of happy moments together. The tools which RGF provides also help us to work efficiently.
