・Why you chose to join RGF?

RGF opens an opportunity for me since I was graduated. At that time, I was looking for a job which allows inexperienced person to be onboarded.. Then, RGF approached me as a candidate and had offered professional service, and always provided good advice, and the latest information to me. So, I was impressed with RGF at that time. Once RGF had a vacancy for a fresh graduate, I also got an opportunity to join with internal. I accepted a job offer immediately because job descriptions matched my career expectation. During the interview, the atmosphere was very friendly. In addition, the office location was attractive and convenient.

After I joined RGF, I was not disappointed, and even more delighted. At RGF, we have a professional training session for on job training (OJT). In addition, we work as professionals but still be a friendly environment. We can exchange our culture with Thai and Japanese in this company.

 “Providing consultant service to support candidates to success in career goals”

・What is your job responsibility and mission? 

Providing consultation to a client and a candidate for recruiting process, especially for the candidate side. I support candidates by consulting, advising how to maximize the possibility to reach to success in their lives, and providing the job market trends and insights. In addition, I need to understand the candidates deeply through interviews. Not only "knowing" them but "understanding" them by asking from several aspects about their job and career to make client and candidate satisfied in our service.

・Do you have any story that you feel rewarded in working experience at RGF?

When I can support a candidate to get a job that matches their expectation, the candidate said thank you to me. Also, when the candidate feels satisfied with my service, and they would refer networks such as their family or friends to me to be my candidate. I feel happy because I think I can focus on being customer-oriented toward the company value.

・What is the attractive point to work in RGF? And please share your personal goal in RGF. 

We work as a professional by providing service to clients and candidates. I can see the whole picture of business by understanding the market situation. Also, I can use many skills when working as a Career Advisor such as interpersonal skill, negotiation skill, Sales skill, and presenting skill. At RGF, I can explore and obtain new skills and experiences every day because we always deal with unexpected situations.
