・Why you chose to join RGF?

RGF gives me an opportunity to use my customer service experience that I obtained in my previous company and get new skills to be a Career Advisor in the HR  & Recruitment field. It’s usually difficult to change individual career into the different industry, so I’m pleased that RGF offered the current opportunity to invest me on becoming HR professional.

Specifically, I personally like working and communicating with many people, so I was thinking that I would like to broaden my working skills in the HR field as my next challenge when I got approached by RGF as a Career Advisor position. I realized that the Job descriptions matched with my career expectation very much because I would have many chances to communicate with job seekers as a professional consultant in addition to  enable myself to grow up together with RGF.

・What is your job responsibility and mission? 

Providing the best opportunities for both clients and candidates by finding and proposing a job to the candidate who is looking for a new career based on his/her career expectation and aspiration, to support the candidate from initial interview until follow up after joining to a new company, which is from the beginning to the end. Also, we give advices and consultations to the candidate such as providing the latest job market trend and supporting the candidate to understand their strengths and opportunities. At the same time, we support clients to find out the potential candidates who are suitable with their job responsibilities and requirements.

・Do you have any story that you feel rewarded in working experience at RGF?

I was really happy when I got a positive feedback that the candidate was satisfied with a new company not only by the job scope which matches with the candidate expectation, but also the company environment and culture which good and fits with the candidate’s personality so the candidate have been able to get along with the company in long term, so my mission was fully accomplished as a consultant.

・What is the attractive point to work in RGF? And, please share your goal in RGF. 

Firstly, RGF has a solid and stable working operation and system, which helps new joiners to catch and grow. Also, I like our people, corporate culture and environment, which encourages positive collaborations among colleagues. The most of the RGF members are the new generation and everyone are generous colleagues who always share and update knowledge, situation, and solution to solve for each other. I am always granted with their supports, and it has made me overcome the tough situations.

Moreover, I have been able to improve my skills a lot, especially communication and negotiation skills, after I joined RGF due to the nature of work as a consultant. I need to provide proper communications and manage expectations with many people - not only candidates but also the clients and internal colleagues to meet their expectations as well as make them delighted.
