Work Outline: In charge of managing engineer staffs and reporting and coordinating with management
Duties & Responsibility:
Manage holiday / training / working for Engineer
Allocate task to staff / follow up / consultation when need
Manage / Improve Engineer performance and operation
Manage, reviewed and contribute weekly, Monthly, Problem analysis report
Report/Escalation/Coordination with management level
Problem review, problem prevention and consultation (Ad-hoc meeting with Customer)
Onsite service in case of advance troubleshooting and coordinated with third party (Customer request)
Leading, consultation and supervised staff for troubleshooting
Decide and execute best solution to terminate and solve problem in short time
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Male or Female, Age 28-32
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Sciences, Information Technology
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware and configure (Base on Cisco)
Knowledge of current protocols and standards, including TCP/IP (Always update)
Able to research into issues and products as required (Self Study)
Good understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives
Good command in English

Ability to make sound and logical judgments
Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and make sound decisions in emergency situations
Highly self-motivated and directed
Certifications in Cisco Certified Network Professional. ,VMware Professional is added advantage, Red Hat Certified Architect is added advantage, ITIL is added advantage
Able to work overtime via mobile support when incident occurred for co-ordinate and support to team member
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversation
