Duties & Responsibility:
[Work outline]: Help and support customers for IT related troubles.
Responsible for analyzing related to troubleshoot WAN,LAN & other IT related problems
Provide the technical knowledge to lower level engineers
Manage medium to large scale of network project as project manager & coordinate with related parties
Implementation & maintenance of circuit related solution
Operation & Maintenance work On-call troubleshoot support (All services & products provided to customer)
Daily administration job - Equipment repairing coordination - Service report & other documents inputting to system
Desired skills & experiences:
[Must]
Male or Female, Thai Nationality, age between 30 to 50 year old
Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering, computer science or related field
At least 5 year experience in LAN/WAN networking, TCP/IP, VPN,DNS, DHCP, IIS, firewalls, router and switch configuration etc.
Ability to work under pressure with team work sprit
Be a fast learner and willing to learn new knowledge
Have strong service minded characteristics
Can work on weekends depends on assigned project
Good English skill
[Prefer]
Hard working and logical thinking
Cisco professional(CCNP, CCDP, CCSP, CCIP, CCVP) certification is advantaged
Languages skills:
English: Advanced conversation level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area:Lumpini / Bangkok
Working Hour:MON-FRI 8:30 – 17.30
SAT-SUN – 50% Depends on the project (OT allowance will be provided)
About the Benefit
Salary: 50,000-70,000 THB/ Month
