<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Responsible for mold design and mold repairing
- Manage for mold engineering team in the future around 5peoples

<Job Responsibilities>
- Take care of making department plan and troubleshoot molding process
- Follow up Mold repairing and Modify actual to comply with planed.
- Follow up New Mold making and JIG actual to comply with planed.
- Summarize working report to Japanese manager and find the best solution in order to achieve the target.
- Project Lead, Improvement & KAIZEN for production, quality, process, and maintenance.
- Analysis and determine solution Mold trouble with related department.
- Manage all management systems in Mold Department to maximize efficiency.
- Control ISO systems and participate to audit.
- Mold reparation technical and Mold process technical Management.
- Coordinate with related department to reduce problem machine breakdown which caused from Mold trouble.
- Manpower Control, Budget Control, Training, Operation Management.
- Other tasks as assigned by Japanese manager

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- At least 5years experience as mold design or engineer in manufacturing company ( especially small parts)
- At least 1year experience as assistant manage level (Have subordinate )
- Conversational middle level of English ( only internal )
- Not job hopper ( at least 3years experience in same company)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience new mold design for automobiles small parts or medical small parts
- Any Japanese language skills
- Work in Japanese company
