Responsibility:
- Manage and supervise the team of merchandisers and coordinate with other key functions to achieve E-Commerce business targets
- Search and identify new products and contact/negotiate with suitable suppliers
- Oversee management of stocks of the products and maintain product collections and catalogues
- Coordinate and draft product master plans for each season for management approval
- Analyze the product performance for various product categories and coordinate with marketing team to draft various digital marketing plans
- Manage the product development schedule to meet seasonal launching deadlines
- Review all product costs and propose pricing
- Manage effective supplier relationships
- Coordinating KPI and reasonable appraisal criterion for subordinate
Qualification:
[MUST]
- Male/Female, Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant field, Age 30-40
- At least 5 years of experience in merchandising and procurement
- At least 2 years of experience in management and supervisory of merchandiser team
- Good interpersonal skills, strong analytical skill, trend follower, strong negotiation skill, energetic, and initiative.
[PREFER]
- Having experience in E-commerce business is an advantage
Workplace Area: Pattanakarn, Bangkok
Working Hour: Mon - Fri (9.00 – 18.00)
