Work Outline: Manage and supervise the team of merchandisers and coordinate with other key functions to achieve E-Commerce business targets
Duties & Responsibility:
•Search and identify new products and contact/negotiate with suitable suppliers
•Oversee management of stocks of the products and maintain product collections and catalogues
•Coordinate and draft product master plans for each season for management approval
•Analyze the product performance for various product categories and coordinate with marketing team to draft various digital marketing plans
•Manage the product development schedule to meet seasonal launching deadlines
•Review all product costs and propose pricing
•Manage effective supplier relationships
•Coordinating KPI and reasonable appraisal criterion for subordinate
Qualifications:
[Must]
•Thai national Only, Male or Female, Age 30 -40 years old
•At least 7 years of experience in merchandising and procurement
•At least 3 years of experience in management and supervisory of merchandiser team
•Good knowledge about cosmetic
•Personality and Skills: good interpersonal skills, strong analytical skill, trend follower, strong negotiation skill, energetic, and initiative.
•Good command of English
[Prefer]
•Having experience in E-commerce business is an advantage

English: Business level
Workplace Area: Pattanakarn, Bangkok
Working Hour:8.00 – 17.00 or 9.00 – 18.00 (Monday – Friday)
