Medical Country Manager (100K-300K) (SDG-28601)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Represent the image of the company to customers and ensure effective promotion and sale of products.
 Manage all aspects of the commercialization of the medical products and related projects. Responsible for Medical business development and guarantee turnover and profitability to achieve the assigned targets.
 Motivate and ensure the development of the teams (Sales, Application and Service) and maintain the teams by continuous education, collaborative meetings, recruiting as required.
 Develop goals and policies, and establish and optimize standard operating procedures that are in alignment with the organization’s mission.
 Analyze the market and the present and future product portfolio, then define the Country Strategy in agreement with group management and implement it.
 Ensure various type of Business Reporting to group management.
 Other tasks required on the job as the country manager.



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 40-50 years old
 Master Degree in a relevant field (Business of IVD (In Vitro Diagnostic Device), Medical Technology
 Experienced in IVD related field.
 Able to cope with MVC environment constraints.
 Strong Managerial skills, negotiate, adaptability and able to made decisions.
 Fluent in speaking English.
 Excellence Service Commitment.
 Able to travel as per request (Domestic, Japan, Singapore and France etc)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Strong knowledge in Hematology and Biochemistry. Knowledge of Coagulation and automation of solutions is a plus.
 Good existing customer network (Hospitals and Laboratories) is also a plus.
 Management / Finance degree / MBA is preferred.
 Experienced in Director Position is preferred.
 Management experience of over 30 members with P/L responsibility
 Working experience in MNC or Japanese company
 Direct sales experience to Hospitals and Laboratories
 Knowledge of consumable goods & lease/rental business
