Job Responsibilities
- Be a planner of care and maintenance according to the machine maintenance plan and general maintenance work that requires maintenance according to the quality system.
- Coordinating with the production department or the unit Structural work and maintenance work as well as monitoring to ensure compliance with the work plan as assigned by the supervisor.
- Is the one who collects the results of analysis and solves problems of machinery from the results of maintenance and repair of machinery such as chemical pumps, pipes, valves, equipment.
- To collect the results of the inspection and analysis of the problems of the machine from the results of maintenance and repair of machines that meet the specified standards and keep the change information up to date at all times.
- Be the presenter of the project to improve the machine along with planning Coordinate with the Japanese team.
- Being an inspector and planning to order spare parts, equipment, tools used for maintenance and planning the annual budget procurement to present to the supervisor.
- Be the person who collects the inspection and plans to reserve spare parts for use in maintenance. and planning to improve and change equipment to be ready for use at all times.
- To control subordinates to perform work and to inspect and analyse work risks in order to avoid accidents. control over use and provide protective equipment to work.
- Control the operation of the documents for the maintenance of the machine according to the maintenance plan as a supervisor and document System ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO 45001 and PSM, Energy saving of the engineering department and control operations to meet the requirements.
- Being a supervisor for subordinates Complying with the rules of the employees who are in their responsibility, as other operators assigned by the supervisor and liaising with Japan.

- เป็นผู้รวบรวมผลการวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาเครื่องจักรจากผลการบำรุงรักษาและซ่อมแซมเครื่องจักร เช่น ปั๊มเคมี ท่อ วาล์ว อุปกรณ์
- เพื่อรวบรวมผลการตรวจสอบและวิเคราะห์ปัญหาของเครื่องจากผลการบำรุงรักษาและซ่อมแซมเครื่องจักรที่ได้มาตรฐานที่กำหนดและเก็บข้อมูลการเปลี่ยนแปลงให้ทันสมัยอยู่เสมอ
- เป็นพรีเซนเตอร์โครงการปรับปรุงเครื่องจักรพร้อมวางแผน ประสานงานกับทีมงานญี่ปุ่น
- เป็นผู้ตรวจสอบและวางแผนสั่งอะไหล่ อุปกรณ์ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการบำรุงรักษา และวางแผนการจัดซื้องบประมาณประจำปีนำเสนอต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา
- เป็นผู้รวบรวมการตรวจสอบและวางแผนจองอะไหล่เพื่อใช้ในการบำรุงรักษา และวางแผนปรับปรุงและเปลี่ยนอุปกรณ์ให้พร้อมใช้งานตลอดเวลา
- ควบคุมผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาให้ปฏิบัติงานและตรวจสอบและวิเคราะห์ความเสี่ยงในการทำงานเพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงอุบัติเหตุ ควบคุมการใช้งานและจัดหาอุปกรณ์ป้องกันในการทำงาน
- ควบคุมการทำงานของเอกสารการบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรตามแผนการบำรุงรักษาในฐานะหัวหน้างานและเอกสารระบบ ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO 45001 และ PSM, การประหยัดพลังงานของฝ่ายวิศวกรรมและการควบคุมการปฏิบัติงานให้ตรงตามข้อกำหนด
- เป็นผู้บังคับบัญชาผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา ปฏิบัติตามกฎเกณฑ์ของพนักงานที่อยู่ในความรับผิดชอบเช่นเดียวกับผู้ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชาและติดต่อประสานงานกับประเทศญี่ปุ่น
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 35-45 years
• Male
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical Engineer or related field.
• At least 10 years of working experience as a Mechanical Engineer in chemical, and petrochemical plants or refineries.
• At least 3 years management experience as leader-supervisor level.
• Experienced in maintenance of machinery and equipment machinery, Pumps, Tanks, Pipes, Pressure Equipment, Valves, Rotating, Static Equipment.
• Conversational middle level of English
• Ability to use MS Office
• Experienced in checking device deviation machinery such as vibration, leakage, cracking, corrosion, tanks, pipes and related equipment is preferable
