Work Outline: Responsible for mechanical design and estimation department
Duties & Responsibility:
Control the design and quotation of factory’s mechanical system such as HVAC, plumbing, steam, fire protection and air compressor system
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality
Male/Female age above 40 years old
Minimum of 10 year's experience in the building construction and or design of mechanical system
Minimum of 5 year's experience in the design and estimation department
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and or factory mechanical design and estimation
Have the ability to lead own team
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
Proficient in the use of MS Office, including Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook
Engineer license at least Level 2 is necessary
[Prefarable Skill]
Experience in Japanese M and E construction company
Design and Estimation experience in factory
Languages skills
English: Conversational Level
Workplace Area: Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:30 (Monday to Friday)
