Duties & Responsibilities:
(Outline): Support work of Managing Director.
Assistant (Japanese MD)
•Responsible for Assistant Japanese Managing Director. (MD can speak Thai well.)
•Must be able to efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner and control the delivery service to suppliers
•Assisting the MD by dealing with Thai vendors, focusing on managing schedule, aggregating sales, import-export, accounting documents and report to MD.
•Exchange e-mail with client for survey.
•If possible, candidate may help staffs creating a marketing plan.
•Responsible to customer request and solving problems.
(Products): Organic product (coconut oil, organic dehydrated fruit, coconut milk, corn)
(Clients): Company in Japan/ Slovenia/ Srilanka / Taiwan

Female, age 22-30years old
Thai Nationality Only
Bachelor’s degree in any field
Willing to work at home office
New graduated students are also welcome
Able to conduct the meeting in English
[Preferred qualifications]
Japanese and English skills would be highly advantage
Interested in organic product
Living nearby Ramkamheng area
Have a positive mind, friendly, easy going, and got the Can-Do attitude
Languages skills:
English: Advanced conversational Level
Workplace Area:Ramkhamhaeng, Bangkok
Working Hour:MON – FRI 8:30 – 17.30
