Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintain the existing clients and client relationships
Manage the research project on hand and ensure for the quality and project timing
Coordinate with other function and provide the solution to smoothen the project
Get requirement from client and able to meet the demand
Develop new business and manage client relationships
Cooperate with management team to achieve company’s goal.
Proposed plan and manage team to follow in plan to achieve company’s goal.
Report to Management and work as assigned by company or management
Conduct market research both of consumer and media research
Coordinate with various domestic and international research agencies
Manage day-to-day projects on activation
Responsible to review the analyze research data and provide analytical reports to clients
Maximizes the efficiency and effectiveness of market research projects and analyses
Manage a team of staff to maximize their potential in both research and client services
Manage resources to complete research project
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality only, Male/Female, age 30-40 years old
Bachelor’s degree in any related field
Minimum 5 years of market research experience in research agency or consumer product.
Have experience of both quantitative and qualitative research.
Understand the research project management very well starting from research design,
Questionnaire construction, fieldwork management, data processing, Charting and Reporting
Strong in creative thinking, analytical, interpersonal and presentation skill and leadership skill
Strategic influencing and team commitment
A desire to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment with deadlines
Initiative and ability to handle increasing responsibility over time
Energetic, self-motivated and success driven
Able to build strong client relationships
Proficiency in Microsoft office, power point and a must on SPSS
Aim to build up the team and grow with company

Working Hour: 9.00-17.00
About the Benefit
Salary: 50,000 – 70,000 THB negotiable
