Duties & Responsibility:
* Identify, prioritize and develop business opportunities to stimulate growth and profitability for company to meet short & long term business objectives through:
•Developing & analyzing sales, services by key metrics
•Develop, monitoring & analyzing competitive market data
•Identifying Improvement Opportunities and implementing “Best Practices” in each of the markets
* Develop & implement a business model to drive improved business competencies and prepare market for growth
* Contribute to the strategic planning and decision-making at the executive level to develop and implement a business development model / strategy that aligns with company vision and its current and long-term business objectives.
* Develop and maintain a set of comprehensive reports that monitor and evaluate core strategies
* Evaluate the findings of market research or analysis projects; assess the viability of alternative opportunities and present recommendations to management team.
   Review team’s performance; coach, motivate and provide guidance; identify and groom necessary skills and behaviors required for the business.
* Any assignment from management; SVP and MD   
            
Qualification:
[Must]
* At least 4-5 years with experience in market research, sales strategy or business analysis function and 2-3 years in a managerial position.
* Bachelor or Master Degree in business
* Computer literacy (MS Office: Word, Excel, and Power Point)
* Good Command in English

* High Communication Skill
* Able to communication in English language fluent level.
* Good interpersonal and team player skills – strong market research skill
* Mature, pleasant, well-organized and self-motivated
