Duties & Responsibility:
Work Outline: Responsible for the analysis of company's marketing strategy and brand building to answer the needs of the market.
•Take care 8 persons in the team (2-3 direct report - Senior Product Manager, Product Manager and 5-6 indirect report - Product Supervisor, officers)
•Analyze of product, price, place and promotion
•Analyze market trends and recommend changes and product positioning to Thai market and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback
•Manage cost of products and marketing operational in order to maximize profit and revenue for the company
•Responsible for selecting the suitable products and feasibility to serve the needs of Thai market in order to generate more sales to the company
•Oversee the creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials. This includes contact with outsource marketing and make sure that they work as needed by the company
•Co-produce TVC and advertisement with external agencies in order to do the advertisement that is related to company expectation and market expectation
•Task assigned by Manager
Qualifications:
[MUST]
•Male or Female, Thai Nationality, Age 40 years old up
•Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related fields
•Direct experience in FMCG, cosmetics, personal care for mass product
•Experience in FMCG marketing in retails (such as Tesco, Watson, Tops, Boot, BIG-C, 7-11)
•Strong Analytical & Reporting Skills, Problem Solving Skills, Presentation Skills
•Strong Leadership, Interpersonal, Communication, Negotiation skills
•Good command in spoken and written English language
[Preferable]
•Female
•Able to use SAP or Computer graphic design will be an advantage
Languages skills:
English : Business level (to communicate with Japanese GM)
Workplace Area: Sathorn ,Bangkok
Working Hour:8.00 – 17.00 (Monday – Friday)
About the Benefit
Salary: 120,000THB – 150,000THB
