Work outline: Responsible for developing business plan and achieve sales target both volume and value.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Product: provide financial service Leasing, Hire purchase Truck & Forklift, Construction, IT Equipment, Medical Equipment, Factory Machine etc.
Ø Develop and maintain business relationship with dealers / customers
Ø Lead Team and coaching subordinate
Ø Co-operated with other departments in company
Ø Initiated procedure , scheme for develop business and expand sales volume
Ø To outside visit dealer/ end user in order to generate sales per target assignment
Ø To write-up a and review analysis of customer financial status and repayment ability from financial statements, financial ratio, bank statement
Ø To coordinate with related departments: Business Support, Credit admin, Accounting, etc.
Ø To work with collection team to follow up overdue customer and involve for debt recovery plan/ repossess arrangement.
Ø Hard-Working, outgoing, able to work in a team and able to handle challenges
Ø Develop an annual business plan and relevant action plan for an achieving annual growth for minimum 20% in every 12 months and on respective
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 40-46 years
Ø Bachelor Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economic or related field
Ø 5-10 years’ experience in Leasing Business or Banking field
Ø Have leadership and coaching skill**
Ø Able to drive up countries / long distance
Ø Good command of English and computer literacy
Ø Able to analyze financial statement
Ø Have salesmanship skill to closing a deal by himself
Preferable:
Ø Service mind oriented, good interpersonal skill and positive attitude, strong responsible
Ø If experience as sales in Truck & Forklift, Medical Equipment, Big machine, Construction Machine or Car dealer is preferred

English: Advanced conversational level

Workplace Area: BTS Ploenchit
Working Hour: Monday – Friday (9:00 – 18:00)
